Kate Upton picks up a cup of morning joe while out and about on Tuesday (February 24) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 22-year-old model recently wrote a piece for Marie Claire in which she revealed how she does her makeup to match her personality.
“The other reason I usually do more natural makeup is my personality,” Kate said in the article. “I’m a talker—and I don’t have a filter. Plus, I’m always smiling. I think if I walked into a room wearing neon or lots of makeup, people would be like, ‘Whoa, it’s all too much!’ So I tone down my makeup for balance.”
There’s no denying it: Kate Upton is one hot commodity. The model-turned-actress was named the first celebrity face of Express last summer, and now we’re getting a sneak peek of some of the images from the brand’s newest campaign. Upton appears in the spring 2015 Express advertisements looking better than ever.
The images, shot by famed photographer Mario Sorrenti on location in Miami, show Upton looking gorgeous in springtime-ready pieces including striped shorts, a floral dress, and an LBD. “The whole shoot was just really laid back and fun and the clothes were really comfortable and amazing so it was just the perfect day,” Upton tells InStyle.
And Express seems to be a natural fit for the bombshell model, who has been wearing their easy and stylish clothes for years. “Express has been part of my life from the very beginning,” she says. “It was the first store [my sister and I] would go to because they have great quality clothes for affordable prices and we’d always go to our local mall and go shopping at Express.” Back then, her favorite pieces included the brand’s jeans.
And although she’s come a long way since then, Upton admits her style hasn’t changed too much. “I mean I guess ’cause I live in New York I have a little New York influence in my style now, but I haven’t really changed my style that much,” she explains. “I still, you know, like simple classic looks. Jeans and button downs, blazers, stuff like that.”
They fooled fans into believing their engagement hoax in January.
But it’s no wonder so many fell for it, after Kate Upton and her beau Justin Verlander were seen looking the picture of happiness over Valentine’s weekend in Miami.
Swimsuit model Kate, 22, and her 31-year-old Baseball player boyfriend continued their tour of Florida as the tables turned for the couple and she was supporting him on a beach photo shoot.Kate, a former Sports Illustrated model, covered up her famous curves with a pair of skinny-fit jeans and a horizontal-striped jumper.
Her companion was brightly-dressed in an orange sweatshirt, which he paired with camel-coloured shorts and a bright smile to match his cheery ensemble.
The carefree couple walked hand-in-hand down South Beach on Saturday before stopping by the sea for Justin to take part in an editorial photoshoot on Miami Beach.
The latest swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated featured a lot of famous faces and drool-worthy curves, but there was one bombshell that was noticeably missing.
Kate Upton‘s enviable figure was absent from the 2015 spread, so did the swimsuit extraordinaire miss flaunting her hot bod for the buzzed about issue?
“What’s so cool about SI is the cool places you get to travel to, but I feel like I have a lot of traveling, still, in my life, so maybe when all the traveling stops, I’ll miss being in the issue,” Upton exclusively tells E! News.
Kate has definitely been a busy bee working as the brand ambassador for Express, which has recently added photographer Mario Sorrenti to their team for the spring campaign shoot.
“I was so excited for Mario to come on the team, I mean Express is great to work with, but with Mario’s vision and he gets everybody on the same page and so it was a really fun and easy day. It didn’t hurt that we shot in Miami with the weather being amazing.”
Do we really need an excuse to post another video of America’s favorite bombshell? We didn’t think so.
So, forget the frigid weather outside and join us as we think back to 2012—a time when Kate Upton was still dreaming of landing her first Swim cover and carelessly rolling around on the beaches of Australia. Ah, those were the days.
